We value the process as much as the result - so much beauty exists in the making. Our designs preserve traces of our processes and the organic character of our materials.

Working with hardwood is such a joy as each board is unique, making each iteration of a piece different. One of our favourite moments is putting a rough-sawn board through the planer and revealing the grain for the first time. Our workshop is full of samples from previous projects; a record of the amazing range in colour and pattern possible, even within the same species. It never stops surprising us.
